Location, Location, Location. This MUi STAYS (my stays) three-bedroom secure private house is right across the road from the gorgeous Fish Hoek Beach, located directly on Simonstown Road in Fish Hoek, overlooking the coastline of Fish Hoek and the Sunrise coast. This delightful three-bedroom house has a spacious living area, dining area, sun room and fully equipped kitchen, and offers the perfect family holiday space, with basic power back-up for those loadshedding moments. This family home is incredibly secure and spacious and offers all the amenities for a delightful family holiday. This is perfectly located by Fish Hoek Beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The open living space is well lit with high windows covering one side. Relax in any number of spaces, with the living room offering a 6-seater corner sofa, an 8-to-16-seater dining suite and two stools at the breakfast bar by the kitchen. The full and well equipped kitchen has an oven, a five-plate gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, with three coffee-machine options. A separate laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A spacious patio is a few steps down from the house. Free WiFi with a UPS back-up completes the picture, along with a TV with premium package satellite. Fish Hoek is a coastal town at the eastern end of the Fish Hoek Valley on the False Bay side of the Cape Peninsula in Cape Town, South Africa, also known as the Sunrise Coast. As a coastal suburb of Cape Town, Fish Hoek is popular for local beach goers and holidaymakers alike. The traditional industries of 'trek' fishing and angling coexist with the leisure pursuits of surfing, sailing and sunbathing. The beach is about 1.5 kilometres long and quite flat, and the bay is protected from the currents and stronger surf in the rest of False Bay. Swimming is allowed along the entire beach with lifesavers on duty during the summer peak season, and body surfing, boogie boarding, wind surfing and kayaking are popular. The water is far warmer than the Atlantic Seaboard, averaging between just under 17 °C annually and peaking at about 24 °C in summer months. Restaurants and children's play areas are situated at the southern end of the beach, and a path known as Jager Walk (known locally as the Cat Walk) runs past rock pools on the southern side of the bay.
