The all white fully equipped kitchen is functional and has a separate scullery area with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. The living- & dining area is an open plan concept. There is free unlimited wi-fi, Smart TV & full DSTV. WE ALSO HAVE AN INVERTER DURING LOADSHEDDING We have air conditioning in living areas & fans in the bedrooms. Beautiful shutters frame the sliding doors opening onto a spacious patio with braai facilities. The sparkling pool and tennis court is a bonus. There is a lock-up garage and additional open parking. This beachfront ground floor apartment has direct beach access to the 2.5km promenade along the beachfront which allows for walking or jogging. It is fully-serviced during the week (extra services can be arranged for Saturdays & Sundays). We have a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave & coffee machine. Wonderful swimming- & surfing beaches (Clarke Bay) are right in front of 3 Driftwood. We are in close proximity to lovely shopping malls & the King Shaka Airport.
