Fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom loft apartment in an exceptionally well-maintained and secure complex in Paulshof, with a small power station upstairs to power TV, WIFI & lamp (can also charge devices) during loadshedding. DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R400 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R5,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R2,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. PLEASE NOTE - The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals only. No parties, events or chefs/masseuses/etc. No guests above the registered number (maximum of 4). Penalties apply. - No smoking inside the house or on the astroturf balcony (this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hubbly bubbly and the like). - We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 - In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. CLEANING: Cleaning is included twice per week for stays longer than 7 days. LOADSHEDDING: To assist during loadshedding if this should occur during your stay, this property has a small power station upstairs to power TV, WIFI & lamp (can also charge devices) during loadshedding. It has a portable single gas stove in kitchen and rechargeable light bulbs in all the rooms as well as one backup light.
