ABOUT THE COMPLEX Ballito Manor was built by Louis Luyt in 2007 and is still considered one of the most glamorous places to stay in Ballito. It is located on the beachfront at Willard Beach and the complex has a private beach gate that is always manned by security. Don’t worry about load shedding or power outages as the complex has a generator that provides power to all the apartments. All of the apartments include secure underground parking and Ballito Manor has 24/7 security patrols. Just across the road, you will find a small shopping centre where you can purchase groceries or pick up a takeaway dinner. A short walk along the Ballito Promenade will take you to a selection of excellent restaurants such as Al Pescatore, Taso’s, Nikos, Hops, and Mozambik.
