MUi STAYS was established in 2003 to provide holiday letting services to those traveling to the South Peninsula and in particular Muizenberg, Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek, and Simon’s Town. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The lving area opens up onto a balcony that overlooks the Simon's Town and the ocean. The bedrooms each contain a double bed, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower over bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area has a comfy couch and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Top Up Wi-Fi is also available. The lounge area leads out onto an enclosed balcony which has a dining table and 4 chairs. Secure parking is available onsite behind a security access gate in a secure complex.

Simon's Town is a historic naval town on the Sunrise Coast of Cape Town. It is located on the shores of False Bay, on the eastern side of the Cape Peninsula. The land rises steeply from near the water's edge and the town is boxed in along the shoreline by the heights above. The small harbour itself is protected from swells by a breakwater that was built with thousands of huge blocks of sandstone quarried out of the face of the mountain above. The Simon's Town railway station is the terminus of the Southern Line, a railway line that runs south from the central business district of Cape Town. In places, the railway line runs along the steep eastern shore of False Bay, argualably one of the most scenic routes in the world. Boulders Beach is located a few kilometres to the south of Simon's Town, in the direction of Miller's Point. Here small coves and beaches are interspersed between boulders of Cape granite. Here is the famous Boulders Beach African Penguin colony. The town is full of trendy restaurants and cafe's and is a quaint seaside town that is popular for tourists from all over.
