We are animal and nature lovers, with a good knowledge of our local area. We will do everything we can to make your stay unforgettable. Buffelsdam Country House is located 5 min from the N2 in the rural area of The Crags 5, between Plettenberg Bay and Natures Valley. Rooms: The spacious rooms (50>80 m2 per room) are situated upstairs with beautiful views of the garden and/or mountains. Each room is individually designed and decorated and has coffee/tea facilities, Free WiFi and Free Netflix (flat screen tv). The en-suite bathrooms come with a shower/bath and free toiletries. 3-Bedroom Family Unit: The apartment on the ground floor offers a private lounge, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Other facilities offered at the property include a tour desk, laundry/ironing service. An array of activities can be enjoyed in the surroundings, including golfing, cycling, hiking, birding and horse riding. The property offers free parking. Pool & Pool area: There is a Guest Pool with shallow children's pool. Guests can find pool towels in the room. Dogs: Buffelsdam is the home of 3 friendly dogs (2 big ones and 1 smaller dog). Area: Local attractions such as Monkeyland, Birds of Eden and Elephant Sanctuary are all within 10-minutes' drive. Plettenberg Bay is 22 km away.

Buffelsdam is just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Keurbooms Strand and 15 minutes from Nature's Valley. We are just 5 minutes away from the Sanctuaries, Birds of Eden, Monkeyland, Jukani, Tenikwa and the Elephant Sanctuary and it will take 15 minutes to the beautiful Goose Valley Golf Course..Guided hikes can be organised in the area, also for beginners. There are also many adventurous activities in the area, such as Bungee Jumping, Africanyon for abseiling and kloofing, swimming with the seals, deep-sea fishing, canoeing, Stormsriver Adventures and many more! The birdlife in this area is also quite remarkable and it is a popular haven for bird-watchers.
