Late checkout is only possible if there is no guest after you and will be charged at a day rate. You have a smart TV in the living room which can stream. It is not connected to DSTV. If you are staying for month+, please talk to us about a DSTV package at an additional cost. South Africa is experiencing scarce water and power resources. Please join us in conserving these precious resources. Your hot water is powered by solar from a geyser (water tank) and is programmed for hot water to be available in the mornings (6-8am) and evenings (6-9pm). Please consider using a blanket or using an extra sweater before you use the air conditioning units as heaters. Please note that currently South Africa is experiencing load-shedding (power-outages) . In order to know when you will not have power you will need to download Eskomsepush on playstore and track when electricity will be off . Our surburb is Atholl (4). This will help plan your day accordingly. If you are fortunate to be staying with us as a long-stay, your unit will be cleaned and linens towels every four days. If you are staying for four days or less, you room will be cleaned upon check-out. If you require a cleaning service, please request. This is available at additional cost.
