DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R7,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. Main house rules No visitors permitted No parties/functions or events No smoking inside the house No hubbly bubbly permitted at all Luxury 4 bedroom penthouse with spectacular views of the Sandton skyline. Lots of window frontage to give added impact. Open plan TV, dining and kitchen area open onto patio with Weber & gas braai - perfect for relaxing and entertaining. *Please note: The ceilings in the property are quite low, guests are advised to be cautious in spaces with ceiling fans* Secure building with 24 hour security and security cameras. Schedule a meeting in the boardroom or train in the onsite gym and indoor heated pool. Cleaning: For bookings of 4 nights or more, cleaning will happen on the 3rd day. - We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 -In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
