The three-bedroom section of the house is spacious and ideal for a group of 7 people, with an open-plan living area, fireplace, and an extended sea view balcony, offering the ultimate setting for whale spotting and star gazing. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom sleeps 3 guests and has a single bed and a bunk bed. The rooms share two bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, and microwave. The living area features a dining table, a comfy lounge suite, a TV, and a fireplace. The self-catering units are separate from the main house and have spectacular sea views. The room flows onto a private patio with outdoor seating and braai area. The sleeping area comprises a double bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The sleeping area leads to the lounge and kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Betty's Bay is a small holiday stretching over 13km along the coast between Pringle Bay and Kleinmond. Situated on the Overberg coast of South Africa's Western Cape province. It is located 100 km from Cape Town beneath the Kogelberg Mountains on the scenic R44 Ocean Drive. Betty,s Bay contains the Harold Porter National Botanical Garden and an African penguin colony in the Betty's Bay Marine Protected Area, one of the two Penguin colonies in the area of the Western Cape. The colony is situated in the Kogelberg and Stony Point Nature Reserve. When the former whaling station was closed, the endemic and endangered Southern African penguins started breeding here.
