Parkwood is an upmarket suburb, with a very laid-back atmosphere, filled with a wide variety of Restaurants, coffee shops and convenient grocery stores that are only a walk away. If you want to be centrally located with easy access to freeways; close to Rosebank precinct (walk away), Sandton (10min uber/ drive), Hydepark (5min uber/ drive), and Killarney (3min uber/ drive), but not necessarily within the buzz and busy streets - this is the place to be! The property is literally 900m from Rosebank shopping mall and the Gautrain station. While in a rush, taking an Uber or your own car works best to close places, otherwise if you are up for a walk, it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the Mall and Gautrain station. There are more convenient shops just around the corner (Woolworths, Starbucks, Liquor Store), which is a 5 minutes stroll.
