The peacefulness of the the place was really amazing. Good place to destress while listening to the sound of the water down stream. The manager/owner I didn't ask his name because of his friendliness gave us valuable information like the closure of the road between Sabie and Graskop

The place was perfect. Neat and quiet. The host was simply amazing and the breakfast was top notch. Logan is a true gem and is the epitome of what service should be. He had great advice on what to do in the area and where to eat etc. This place is truly WOW if you want a quite relaxing place.

Sabie Star is a beautiful serene place with beautiful gardens surrounded by natural bush. The hosts are great and they serve a really nice breakfast. I highly recommend booking here. It's in a great location if you are visiting the waterfalls in Sabie as well heading north to the Blyderivier Canyon, Bourkes Luck potholes and God's window. There's lots to see in Mpumalanga, so do your research and plan well. Sabie Star has it's own stunning waterfall, therefore you should definitely book a stay here if you want to see it.

  • Does the stove have an oven?
    It depends on the unit. The smaller units generally have a 2 plate stove or hob. Some of the bigger untis do have stoves with ovens. Best is when you book ask us for a unit with a oven. Regards Shawne

    2 Sleeper units - either studio or one bedroom. 4 Sleeper units - one bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds in the living area. 6 Sleeper units have two bedrooms, double bed in first, two singles in second, set of bunk beds in lounge

  • can we hold a birthday celebration for an adult?
    We actively discourage and prohibit any noise on the premises as the majority of our guests are seeking a tranquil and peaceful getaway. Sabie Star is not a place for partying, music or other activities which are loud and intrusive.
