This lovely property was designed by a well lnown architect on the slopes of the mountain overlooking False Bay in Muizenberg. In springtime many whales bring their calves into the bay. It has three floors. The lowest floor is a self contained apartment with two double en-suite bedrooms, an open plan lounge/kitchen and a wooden deck with sea views which will accommodate four people. Above is a double storey apartment. The middle floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area also leading onto a wooden deck which overlooks the beautiful ocean views. There is also a scullery, bedroom and bathroom on this floor. The top floor is the main bedroom with bath and hand basins. The shower and toilet are behind frosted glass doors. There is a separate study area. This apartment can be rented by up to four people separately from the bottom floor or the whole property can be rented by up to eight people as both flats can be opened up by interleading doors. Wifi is available in both apartments.
What to do in Muizenberg Swim in the sea - False Bay offers better swimming than the Atlantic side Learn to surf - the apartment is within walking distance of Surfers Corner and has lovely views of the surfers from the balcony. Hike in the mountains above Boyes Drive from where you will get incredible views. It is also a great place to go caving Immerse yourself in history at the Casa Labia which also has a very good restaurant and morning concerts Muizenberg also has several very good restaurants Shopping - from clothes to surfboards and even art Theatre - top quality theatre at the Masque Theatre International kite festival held every October Muizenberg is 3km from the quirky harbour village of Kalk Bay with its interesting shops, vast selection of restaurants and stunning views.
