~ Villa Nordica ~ This sunny apartment is situated a mere 300m from the beach. It is centrally located and within a 2 minute walking distance to restaurants, shops, public transport and bars. Located on the 2nd floor with views of scenic Blouberg beachfront. The Space Villa Nordica is spacious and offers free uncapped Wi-Fi, 1 secure private parking bay and the apartment is accessible by stairs only. All linen and towels are provided. This 2 Bedroom apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining room and living area that flows with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher and includes all the basic amenities for self-catering. The apartment block has fully operational laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. The balcony has built in braai (barbecue). Both bedrooms have queen size beds with ample cupboard space. The space can comfortably sleep 4 adults. There is 1 full bathroom fitted with a shower and bath. It is less than a 5minute walk to the popular kite surfing beach. Beach towels are provided. The popular V&A Waterfront is 19 km from the apartment and Cape Town International Airport only 28 km.
