The staff was always friendly and they allowed an early check-in, which was very convenient. The room was spotless when we arrived and it was cleaned every day - we loved that! Bonus: we always got some cookies with our coffee at the bar :)

Location worked for what we wanted (close to a few breweries), the attached restaurants/stores were convenient, room size was great

Staff was very kind and helpful. I had to go to the train station very quick. Taxi turned out to be unavailable. A staff member drove me to the train station with his own car. Much, much appreciated. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Typical Ibis experience: everything nice and clean, not the most luxury, but you can not say anything bad either.
Free and uncomplicated parking situation, which i liked.
Excellent hotel, good rooms, bathrooms could be little bigger. #
Friendly staff, not the cheap feeling, like the Ibis Budget Hotel, you feel at home in the room. Rain shower, gym with two instruments.
The breakfast is not as good as the Renaissance Hotel in Tel Aviv, but aside from that, excellent breakfast, You always get what you need in the breakfest room.
The location. But this is not a good enough reason to stay here. It is a short walk from Brussels Midi, making it convenient for catching trains and getting around Belgium. However, I would strongly encourage anyone to not book this hotel. If you are on a budget, stay in a different city and take the train into Brussels from there: trains are cheap, frequent and you will save money and have a much better night than in this place.
I highly recommend this hotel for a budget traveler, the room is quiet and clean especially warm (good heating system), with a minibar. The location was okay near the metro station, with Cheap restaurants nearby.
I've stayed at IBIS hotels before in other countries. These guys are great. Always a nice location, amazing staff and all the basic comfort and tools. Didn't let me down this time either. Definitely recommended.
Budget en-suite room (w/key card) for a fair price, close to Gare du Midi train station (Eurostar trains from the UK), cheap coke from a vending machine. No problem to check-in late in the evening.
Amazing location, lime scooters everywhere. It’s wonderful what Ibis Styles do with small spaces. Breakfast definitely exceeded expectations considering how small the space was - yoghurt, fresh fruit and veggies, different types of eggs, ham and cheese, different types of bread, even the waffle maker. Coffee and tea available 24/7
Having tried a few different independent hotels in Brussels in this price range, I found this Ibis Styles to be really good. My room even had a fridge and a microwave, and the room was spacious with a nice parquet floor. Free coffee and hot water available in the lobby. Tram stop right outside too.
The only thing that was good about this property was the location. The toilet is not suitable for even a skinny man to sit and have a go. And its not that cheap either. Get yourselves an IBIS right across the road for the same price.
