The most impressive part of our stay was the loveliest receptionist we have ever met, Estelle, who made us feel like we were not only staying in a hotel but also visiting a friend at the same time, gave us great recommendation on places to visit and made our stay a lot more memorable. Brussels-Central Railway Station and Rue Neuve Shopping District are less than a 5-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent, the facade is beautiful, this hotel is ideal to go out and explore the most beautiful part of Brussels, the staff was very nice and welcoming, everything was perfect. I really recommend everybody to stay at this hotel.
