Beautiful hotel, located in a central area among some of Dubai’s picturesque skyscrapers, and convenient for getting around the city. The hotel is close to the Metro station, and taxis are always nearby if called by the hotel staff, or via Uber or other alternatives. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and other amenities. Breakfast was well-stocked with a wide selection and a spacious dining area. The restaurant also serves good dishes. The service is efficient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Akshay, Anis, and all the staff on duty the first evening for their overall availability and for the valuable assistance they gave me. The hotel is recommended for its location and for anyone looking for efficiency, friendliness, and good services. All the best

Located just 5 minutes away from the Dubai Metro, ibis One Central is the ideal base for exploring everything that this incredible city has to offer. Staff was great! Specially in reception.

The staff is very good , specially Miss Su, help me too much. She gave me the room earlier and I didn’t wait too much . The location is best. Room is clean, food is nice.

Hotel is walking distance to the Mall of Emirates and also to Dubai Metro Station # 33 which is Insurance Market. Specially the Staff in the reception was very helpful and accommodating, Thank you very much! I'll make sure on my 3rd visit to Dubai i will stay again in this Ibis hotel.
