Located just 5 minutes away from the Dubai Metro, ibis One Central is the ideal base for exploring everything that this incredible city has to offer. I arrived earlier than the check-in time but Ms. Eve was extremely courteous and kind, and checked me in without making me wait. The customer service is great, requests were handled without delay. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends traveling to Dubai.

It has an Italian restaurant and offers air-conditioned guestrooms with satellite TV. Rooms at the ibis Mall Avenue Dubai are decorated in neutral colours and include modern wooden furnishing. The hotel was easy to find and clean, housekeeping was exceptional. It was easy to navigate from the metro station and was close to the mall of emirates. The breakfast is top tier and the staff members are easy to talk to and friendly. Our stay was amazing, simply a 10 out of 10.
