I forhold til prisen var jeg meget overrasket over faciliteterne på hotellet. Receptionen er bemandet døgnet rundt og det er muligt at købe noget at spise fra klokken otte om morgenen til klokken 23 om aftenen. Personalet er meget imødekommende og altid søde og hjælpsomme og der er hyggekroge, arbejdsstationer, bordtennis og spil i lobbyen. Der er meget rent og pænt alle steder og man bestemmer selv hvor meget man vil have gjort rent under opholdet.

Hotellet er fint til prisen. Personalet var venligt, og værelset var rent. Rengøring tilbydes efter behov. Lydisoleringen var god, og værelset havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Det var positivt, at udtjekning først var kl. 12, og at hotellet tilbyder gratis opbevaringsrum til bagage. Dejlige omgivelser, tæt på shoppingcenter og cirka 7-11 minutters gang til metroen. First of all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The entire hotel, outside, reception, hallways, elevator, room, everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet had enough variety that anyone should find something they like. Having included gated parking with security cameras adds an extra sense of safety. There is no need to worry about the car. Location wise, it's far from downtown Barcelona, so it may be inconvenient for those who want to spend their days there, but there is a train station rather close by that takes you straight to the heart of Barcelona in a few minutes! The area itself is very quiet and peaceful in the evening and nights. My girlfriend and I were absolutely delighted with our stay and rested well. Thank you, Ibis! :)
