In a prime location in Budapest, ibis Budapest Castle Hill offers air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Even though l don't have a lot experience with hotels it was good.Comfy and clean room

The Ibis Budapest Centrum is only 50 metres from the Kalvin ter Metro Station (lines 3 and 4) and 300 metres from the Hungarian National Museum. It offers free WiFi and has a garden terrace. We chose this hotel based on a positive experience we had at another Ibis hotel in Liverpool — and we're happy to say that this was another excellent choice. The hotel has a great location, close to the city center with easy access to public transportation (metro, buses, and trams are all just a few minutes' walk away). The street itself is full of restaurants, cafés, and a lively local atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise — fresh, varied, and satisfying. In summary: a cozy hotel, great location, friendly service, and excellent value for money. We’d be happy to return on our next visit to Budapest!

Very friendly hotel staff. It was also possible to buy soda, water and snacks at the bar to take with you on your travels or to your room. Even though I only spoke English, they helped me with any question I had. Unrelated to the hotel: the ATM machine in front of the hotel has an expensive (15%) exchange rate, beware.
