IrelandThis is a well run B & B and Paul at the front desk was very helpful with an early check in as he contacted me when our room was ready. It's fairly close to the center of Downtown and about 15 minutes walk to the waterfront. The Breakfast is basic enough but plentiful. The staff are all very friendly.

AustraliaI arrived in the evening og 09/22 and was greeted by the most personable receptionist that I have ever met. Her 'can do' attitude and warm personality was wonderful. I was left thinking that this young lady would be an excellant example of customer service to some of the bigger chains.

CanadaBreakfast was perfect. Location was great. Reception was efficient, polite and friendly. Originally we were given a room on the second level but because of my mobility issues they switched us to ground floor. It was handled so well, with grace and smiles. So very appreciated.

We went up for a surgery,which happened to get canceled but,we enjoy staying here as it is directly across from the hospital and they have a very clean and comfortable inn,the staff are friendly and helpful,also there is a free breakfast.

The Reception was Excellent. Both Employees were very friendly in welcoming us to the Inn. The young man from Napal was Exceptionally nice. All the employees were very nice. The location is just down the street from the Halifax Public Garden. It is a very short distance also to the Halifax Waterfront. The Bed was very comfortable; water was hot; shower was very good.

The inn is within walking distance (about 1 mile) from most major Halifax attractions. Parking on site was available for an extra fee. The breakfast was advertised as continental but was more than ample, with yogurt, hardboiled eggs, cereals, toasts, etc.

The breakfast had the main essentials with the choice of boiled or scrambled eggs, and pancakes. The inn was very clean and tidy with a very friendly, helpful staff.
