The breakfast was extra special gourmet. Staff was absolutely amazing in every respect went above and beyond with service even providing a valet free of charge to take us to our cruise ship. Little touches like chocolates and treats, turn down service etc.

The property itself is lovely. The rooms we were in were very nice with a grand view of the Chateau Frontenac. Conveniently located in the heart of the upper city. The restaurant on the ground level was excellent! The charcuterie pizza is top notch!! We would definitely stay again and recommend others to do so as well.

While not everything was in perfect condition, such as the grouting of the showers having a bit of mold or chipped glass, the location was comfortable, welcoming, easy to access, and clean of any and all bugs. It is right next to a convenient bus route into downtown and the old city (Rte 807, use the RTC paiement app!), as well as a delicious bakery for easy breakfasts and lunches. Considering the complementary services, such as a TV with a variety of streaming platforms, laundry machines, kitchen supplies, etc, and such a low low price, I would absolutely return here without hesitation if I’m ever in the city again.

We absolutely loved this place! Our room was so comfortable and acted as a great place to explore Quebec City and the surrounding areas. My favorite facility was the big jacuzzi tub, and everything else worked great as well. The breakfast was delicious and our hosts were so accommodating and provided us with a lot of good recommendations as well as advice when we were leaving during a snow storm. We would definitely stay here again.
