“The room was very very cold. There was a heater in the room but it was very poor and even after leaving it on for 3 hours while we went for dinner, the room was still freezing cold when we returned. Our daugthers room was also freezing, we did contact reception and they gave us an extra single duvet which we gave to our daughter. We reported the issue on checkout and the receptionist thought it was quite funny because he usually gets complaints that the rooms are too hot.”
