A continental breakfast is available at the inn. My wife, mother and I got the double bed room. It looked out onto the ocean so we watched a beautiful sunset from the room. The room was recently renovated, very clean, and had little thoughtful touches like earplugs (we didn't need them) and milk and cream for coffee (that was also available in the room). Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was served quickly and promptly at 7:30.

It is located an hour of the beginning/end of the Cabot Trail. The view is beautiful and it was stunning to sit outside and eat our delicious breakfast. The owner Kim was very friendly and welcoming.

We had a great paddle around a small island and returned to our ready room. The porch area was cozy with beautiful views over the water. We watched the full moon rise. It was a perfect evening and a great day staying at the Dunlop in Baddeck.
