Wonderful hosts, delicious food (make sure to make a reservation for dinner!), clean and comfy rooms. Watching the humming birds during dinner and breakfast was great, too.

So many nice touches that make it homey when you’ve been on the road for a while. Loved the decor and the comfortable bed and linens. Was grateful for the 2 bottles of cold water waiting in the fridge and the keurig coffee maker. The room was spotless

Set in Inverness, Tulloch Inn & Gifts offers 4-star accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. The inn offers both free WiFi and free private parking. It was such a pleasure getting to know Elizabeth and Kevin a little bit. The service was impeccable; the room immaculate and comfortable. Really enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining room. It reminded me a bit of my childhood with the blue plates and other touches of home on the wall and hearth. Thank you.

Stayed two nights. Beautiful Inn, Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site is a must. Uisge Bàn Falls Provincial Park close by and a great hike. We also went to The Baddeck Gathering Ceilidh to enjoy traditional Cape Breton fiddle music, song and dance.

Located in Chéticamp, Auberge Doucet Inn provides a terrace. Featuring a garden, the 3-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The inn features family rooms. My wife, mother and I got the double bed room. It looked out onto the ocean so we watched a beautiful sunset from the room. The room was recently renovated, very clean, and had little thoughtful touches like earplugs (we didn't need them) and milk and cream for coffee (that was also available in the room). Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was served quickly and promptly at 7:30.

Boasting a terrace, bar and views of sea, Castle Rock Country Inn is situated in Ingonish Beach, 1.6 km from Ingonish Beach. This a beautiful inn. It is located an hour of the beginning/end of the Cabot Trail. The view is beautiful and it was stunning to sit outside and eat our delicious breakfast. The owner Kim was very friendly and welcoming.

Located in Baddeck, Dunlop Inn features a private beach area and a shared lounge. With a garden, the 4-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The Dunlop Inn was amazing for our trip to Cape Breton. It’s a cute little B&B right by the waterfront. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and the breakfast was just as perfect!
