Hotel Bahnhof ligger mitt emot tågstationen i den fridfulla staden Giswil, bara 20 minuters promenad från sjön Sarnersee. Hotellet har en restaurang och en stor trädgård. This hotel seems to be the hub of Giswil. The restaurant was busy both nights. There's a children's playground, & the cutest chickens running around . Location - across the road from the station Very friendly staff I was in a large room in the annex behind the main building

Gasthaus Paxmontana ligger centralt i Flüeli-Ranft och erbjuder panoramautsikt över sjön Sarner, Oberwaldbergen och dalen Melch. We stayed in the guesthouse, very quiet, wonderful view! Full breakfast, lots of choices. Comfortable beds, very clean. The area was beautiful! Plenty of hiking, we heard the cows being moved one morning and the sound echoed around the valley! Staff was pleasant. Additional restaurants in the village. So glad we chose this place!
