It is off the beaten track. I had a single bed room which was large, well furnished and very comfortable. Loved the fact you could see the stars at night with little light pollution. Fantastic evening meal and an excellent breakfast, the homemade baked beans were superb!

The bathroom was a treat, featuring premium toiletries worthy of a boutique hotel. The welcoming staff and cozy pub made our stay truly special. Also, the pub was remade to the modern standards.

Lovely accommodation. We booked quite late but we’re able to get beautiful take away pizza and a bottle of wine to have in our room. Breakfast was great. Not your regular heavy English breakfast. Overall, a great place and location.
