Clean, spacious, parking infront of the buliding, nice patio of the restaurant below,delicious food - breakfast and dinner. Its not turistical area which we liked.

The hotel is very adequate for large families and the family room with 5 beds was a massive help for our large family. The couple that run the hotel are lovely and the accommodations were great. Simple, straightforward, and clean.

I was first time in this place 22 years ago. Today rooms are equipped with A/C unit, so the stay is comfortable. We could choose our room which we would like to. We was traveled with dog, so it is nice place to go out. Hotel is located out of the city, so around there is nice view of Marche's hills. Next to is restaurant for lunch time. If you like Italian food you need to go to restaurant in Offida - "Osteria Cantina Offida" you will taste delicious food in historical part of the city.
