This place is absolutely fantastic: peaceful, spotless, and exceptionally well organized. Mario and his family run it with great professionalism while making guests feel genuinely welcome. We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, cozy, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was excellent, and fresh drinking water was always available. The location is perfect, just a short distance from some truly beautiful beaches. What made our stay even more special was the way we were treated. Mario and his family welcomed us as if we were part of their own family, always kind, helpful, and attentive. The only downside is that we were only able to stay for one night. We would have loved to spend several more days here. The property has everything you need to enjoy a longer stay in complete comfort and independence. Highly recommended!

Ended up staying 11 nights and could have stayed longer. Great location - just across the road from beautiful beach and many good restaurants within 5 min walk. Super comfortable room which was regularly cleaned to a high standard during my stay. Shared bathroom kept very clean. Staff very kind and friendly. Strong wifi.

So delightful that our host Jaime had written a welcome to me by name on the chalkboard in the foyer! Such friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely gorgeous courtyard to eat the breakfast- which was included. And the area felt very safe, even quite late in the evening.

The external property itself was beautifully landscaped, well maintained and very secure. The interior of the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Large bathroom, plenty of hot water, lots of light and good WiFi. Lots of external covered seating areas. Well located with several restaurants close nearby and 5 minutes from a collectivo stop. Last but not least the Manager Amalia was lovely with excellent English and helpful at every turn. A wonderful experience and an excellent value. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, great host, very flexible and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay at Oaxaca. They supply tips with restaurants and other useful guidance, offer free water, coffee and tea. I was even able to park my rented scooter inside

The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Everything was just as described. The street is quiet, and you can park outside the house. There are lots of shops and food within walking distance. HOLT was very responsive, we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for an amazing experience : )
