In fact, the staff went out of their way to help me when I needed anything. I had a room with private bath, and it was very comfortable. The shared courtyard space is beautiful, and I loved sitting out there. I’d love to go back sometime.

The breakfast was delicious! Loved the fresh eggs, yogurt, fruit and homemade granola. We really enjoyed our room- comfortable beds, pillows, and location off of the courtyard. Location of the inn within walking distance to the plaza, restaurants and stores. Loved all of the art on display and the plants and flowers. Enjoyed the rooftop patios and went up there every morning to watch the sunrise.

Older building with Mexican feel. Very clean and nicely laid out. The staff from reception to night watch were exceptional!! Friendly accommodating. Did I forget to mention the food is fantastic!! No need to search for a good restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is included and the coffee is great. Within walking distance to the plaza and Malecon with many great shops along the way. Walmart is the best place and rates for banking. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the wonderful town of Ajijic!

The location is perfect to be in the middle of the hub-bub of the Village Plaza and very walkable to all attractive locations. The restaurant in the hotel is first class. Some of the best meals had there compare to excellent restaurants anywhere in the world. Family run and super friendly and helpful when in need of language assistance and finding taxis, and other assistance. Eric and crew are awesome Inn Keepers.

Super friendly people, definitely if you speak Spanish. Great view from rooftop terrace. Could stay later than initial check-out time. Home made breakfast is offered by the pool. There's a restaurant (different owners I think) up on the roof for dinner.
