This little friendly place, with just a handful of practical set up rooms, is doing everything right, without overdoing it, and nothing wrong. Everything is just so incredibly clean. Nice spacious room with attached spacious bathroom. Soap, Shampoo, towels and for once, plenty of toilet paper supplied. I really liked that the wash basin was in the room, not in the bathroom, so you don't need to step in water just for washing your hands or brushing your teeth. The room had an Aircon and a fan, hot shower and excellent lighting. It also had a mosquito net, and mosquito netting on the window. Right outside each room there is a table and chairs, and a clothes line. Superb WiFi, best I've had during my 6 weeks in the Philippines. There's a common kitchen with free hot and cold water, coffee, tea and creamer, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, chopping knives, cooking plates, frying pan, cooking oil, and a fridge. Excellent location, just 2 min walk from the bus station and 5 min from the beach. (Budget accommodations have all gone inland these days. You pay a lot for beach front places.) The air quality was very good in the room, not damp at all despite it being the rainy season. I only used the fan, didn't need the Aircon.

Eddy is an amazing guest, who knows a lot about the island, and the world too, as he is a seasoned traveler. Totally recommended.

They also have a big firstaid kit incase you have some minor injury and the staff is knowledgeable in using it. Also near/accessible to everything you need. beach access is also good, safe and convenient. I also like the free parking, shaded by the trees. Place is safe and secure enough. Our stay was good.

The bed was premium and the room was very clean.
