El Ocean Breeze Inn está situado en Boracay, en la estación 3, a 1,6 km del centro comercial D'Mall Boracay. También cuenta con zona de barbacoa y jardín. All was ready to make the guest a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, suitable and easy. What we most enjoyed in the OBI was the garden full of plants, the eating place, the bbq, nice corners where to just stay, read or talk with other guest.

Was there only to spend the night before going to see whale sharks and then to Moalboal sardine run. Can recommend this itinerary to anyone, certainly beats getting up at 3 AM to get from Cebu. Property satisfied all our requirements: nice, big room, quiet and effective air conditioner (same model as in my home), hot water running without issues, soft, comfortable beds (memory foam but it's fine), quiet location (heard only soothing sounds of the ocean). We slept very well. Didn't visit the beach or turn on the TV so can't comment on that. Owners are very nice people and they can organize excursions to whale shark watching / sardine run. However, a bit of advice: in reality the only thing you need is transportation. The activities themselves are very well organized and you don't need to book ahead (it's not even possible) - just show up early enough to avoid waiting for hours. We arrived at whale shark site at 6 AM and got #127 in the queue, we waited for 1.5 hours for our turn but it didn't feel like a long time at all, since there are places to eat and drink coffee, souvenir shops, etc. Anyway, the only thing you need is some way to get to these places, so you can book a taxi yourself, it's not hard, or hotel owners can do that for you, they quoted us the following taxi prices: 5000 PHP to get to Cebu or 3500 PHP to return to the hotel (this includes drive to the whale sharks, then to Moalboal, then to Cebu or hotel). We decided to rent a car from Cebu airport for 1 day instead (drive to Oslob, sleep in this hotel, then the same itinerary), it costed us 2900 PHP (2000 for car + 900 for 3 hours late return, you might avoid the latter) and worked beautifully. Do mind that driving in the Philippines is crazy, but for me it was fun.

ISLET VIEW Pension House ( Formerly Island View Pension House ) está en Oslob, a pocos pasos de Playa de Lagunde, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis, terraza y... I love the hosts / owners of this property. They are both super helpful especially with our activities which were to be done very early the next day. The place is clean and has a nice sea view and close to amenities. Plus they are very honest. I left my valuable items with cash and everything in it in my room and they called me many times letting me know. They went above and beyond. The free breakfast for my family was a bonus which was so helpful especially when we started the tour early morning. Over all me and my family had an excellent stay and this property and the owners are highly recommended.

The Canyoneer Inn se encuentra en Alegria, a 3,6 km de Cataratas de Kawasan, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Rochelle was very friendly and helpful, organising canyoneering, motorcycle rental and what bus to catch for my next destination.

L&G Tourists Inn está en Moalboal, a 5 min a pie de Playa de Panagsama y a 26 km de Cataratas de Kawasan. The owners were very accommodating. The place is exceptionally good.

Cozy Home se encuentra en Cebú, a 1,9 km de Fuente Osmena, y ofrece piscina al aire libre, habitaciones libres de humo, wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento y jardín. Everything is fine. The unit owner is approachable and accommodating.

Dive Camp está en Dauin, a 6 min a pie de Playa de Dauín, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, restaurante y bar. What a great place! We loved everything about it. The huts are very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and it has a beautiful green yard. But what we probably loved the most was the restaurant: they have very delicious vegan food, which you will also love if you are not vegan. If you are there on the weekend, try the brunch menu! Dana, the owner is also really lovely: she even helped us with a money transfer for a tour, since we had problems with our account. Thanks for everything!
