The property is incredibly clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The owner and her partner truly care about their guests, they consistently went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, which i also witnessed the same behavior for all their guests. You can rent scooters there, buy very good breakfast that you ask the owner the night before, borrow umbrellas and pet their cute dogs! They made me feel welcomed from the very first day, their kindness stayed consistent throughout my whole stay. Even the small gestures, like introducing me to local fruits and checking in to see if I was doing alright because i got sick from the heat, it shows how genuine and thoughtful they are. The room was quiet, cozy and perfect for relaxing after long days. If you want a place that feels safe, warm, and cared for, this is the perfect spot. I’m really grateful for my time here and I hope I will be able to come back in the future. Thank you so much Pascale & Si ❤️ ———————————————————————- *BUT my god people… 1) the staff is not there to clean your mess “YeAh bUt wE pAY fOr iT” it doesn’t mean that you have to be so dirty, careless and make their day start with your insensitive behaviors… They are not maids, they are human beings offering us a roof and a place to stay while trying their best to make our experience comfortable, the least you can do when you ask for your room to be cleaned is minimal cleaning after yourself, your toilet, your trash in the garbage, your clothes, be mindful, it’s not that hard to be a decent person, i’ve been around hotels for 2 months and I’m baffled to see so many selfish and dirty guests… 2) the shared public space is PUBLIC, be mindful of the noise you make, nobody wants to hear what you listen on your phone, bring headphones, it’s THAT simple.

Short distance to Patong Beach. A very friendly and competent manager—would come back here anytime. Absolutely 10/10.

The place was so clean and the bedding was so comfortable and new.

The rooms have a wardrobe. A beautique almost 5 star hotel. Bed nice soft comfortable, almost impossible to find in Thailand . Staff supa friendly and helpful. Hotel recently refurbished and decorated beautifully. Everything works. It's only 14 rooms . Breakfast selection a little limited as a result, but better quality than large hotels. Espresso brewed coffee for breakfast is a big plus for me other than the cheap crap served in big hotels.Located close walk to beach down a side road near dolphin circle. Very pleasant setting to have breakfast next to pool. Occasionally have good live music at dinner. My future stays in Patong always here is my first preference.

The apartment was so clean we thought we were the first guests to stay there. At the end of the street on the left theres an amazing fresh food resturant 10/10

Both bungalows were perfect, spacious, great facilities- fridge, microwave, kettle and air con. Each property has their own balcony area. Also had access to washing machine, dryer, kitchen - fully equipped and BBQ. Pool was fantastic and clean. Dart board and table tennis entertained the kids. Location was perfect. 160 Baht to Old town Phuket - Naka Market and Phuket walking market. 180 Baht to beach. 7-11 and Mini big C supermarkets 5 min walk. Definitely will be back.
