He offers to upgrade our room with no extra charge and provides good information on where we should visit in Kenting. They suggested we visit the beach and even us bath towels to bring with us to clean ourselves. We changed our itinerary to visit the aquarium with their advice and are thankful that we followed them as our kids had a great time there. We had a great stay at the hotel.
