Being able to "arrive" somewhere by being invited to sit on a comfy sofa in the hotel lobby with a glass of champagne makes you feel truly welcome. The lady at the front desk (Kathi?) was extremely helpful all around and, despite the odds, managed to find another room for us when we wanted to extend our stay. We also really appreciated being able to use the hotel's Tesla destination charger over night, which was the reason we originally opted for this hotel.
