The location is perfect if you want to take trips outside of Yerevan or to Tbilisi because is very close to main bus station. There are also plenty of buses to city centre. The internet was fast. The host is perfect, very friendly and helpful. Good price.

Very helpful and polite staff, good facilities included in the stay (gym, pool, spa), clean room, quite tasty breakfasts (from the menu during the work days and buffet during the weekend). Can definitely recommend this hotel for a nice hotel-spa retreat.
