The heart of this property is the staff. I have never met such pleasant people before. They truly love what they do. We ate on premises at both of the restaurants. Both are equally good. Food is Michelin worthy!!! Hats off to the chef. You never need to go anywhere else for your meals!!! The rooms are spotless. Super clean, cozy, and breathtaking views from room balcony. Breakfast was one of the best we have had across our tour through out Europe. Our server was lovely! Isolde and other front desk staff were super helpful. Very friendly. Restaurant staff was incredibly attentive. Best dining experience! We will return for sure! Housekeeping was spot on. Very friendly lady that catered to our requests with a smile. We can’t wait to return to this place. It’s become our new favorite.

The chalet was beautiful and much larger than pictured. Incredible location with amazing views of the town and mountains. The host was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Last minute booking, a little bit pricy, but amazing hotel! Backyard has a restaurante with Mountain View! It’s quite comfortable, less than a 1 minute from train station. perfect breakfast!

The hotel personnel was very nice, thanks to Brigitta she was very helpful! We booked a 3 bedroom appartment with balcony, it was clean. A small but nice terace in front of the hotel and a spring behind it. Walking distance to the Titlis mountain. Nice view to the mountains.
