这次洛桑之行因为入住了这家酒店而变得非常完美。第一天晚上孩子发高烧，打电话给酒店前台求助。酒店的Florina女士给予了我们很大的帮助。她首先来房间检查了孩子的情况，帮我们联系了药房，让药房紧急开门以使我在深夜能去药房买到退烧药，与此同时，还帮我们联系了出租车。最让我们感动的是，在两天后的电话里，她还贴心地关心了我们的孩子身体是否康复。可以说，在Savoy Hotel我们感受到了家的感觉。因为工作原因，未来还会经常来洛桑，我决定每次都选择这家酒店。再次感谢。
