This is a clean, spacious, comfortable, and affordable apartment a short walk away from the archeological sites. It has free on street parking, and services close by. The support staff that clean and manage the property are particularly nice, and always helpful. We love staying here when we visit Merida

Friendly and professional staff. Excellent parking in an area that is hard to find a parking spot. Very clean. I did not expect this quality of service in a hostal. The price was perfect. In short, a great value. It was too cold to try the swimming pool, but it looked inviting.

The property is so beautiful and super well located! We had a huge patio and a private hot tub which was so welcome and appreciated after a month of bike riding. The bed was super comfortable and our room was super clean and spacious. The staff was so nice. We highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment is 10 minutes away from the old city. An office building that had an entire floor remodeled into modern studios. The entrance the hill between the two commercial buildings; use the link they send you not what Google Maps/Booking shows for address. The room is spacious and equipped for both short and longer stays. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. There's a hot plate and decent counter-space for cooking; there are sufficient utensils for two, provided they are washed right after eating. The fridge is smaller, but sufficient. The AC is strong and quiet. There are security blinds over the window, and unless you're in one of the units that have the windows facing the plaza there's decent amount of privacy. The WiFi has amazing speeds.
