Great care has been taken to preserve the unique character of this charming house, whilst every modern facility has been discretely installed for the comfort of today's discerning traveller, with easy access to the nearby Glasgow Prestwick Airport. The hotel offers a fully equipped leisure club with swimming pool, sauna and steam room, gym and in-house beauty therapist. All the en suite rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated to a standard one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The creation of additional bedrooms results in an excellent balance between old and new.

Our stay was excellent as the property has oversized rooms with views of the Coast. There was a large indoor swimming pool with hot tub and sauna as well as a nice workout area.

From booking in to booking out, our stay was absolutely perfect. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and delivered the highest standard of Customer Care. The room was well appointed and comfortable, with a great view across the Firth of Clyde. The hotel Lounge was spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Elaine is a truly wonderful host and Sandhill House is an exceptional place to stay. The rooms and bathrooms are huge with lovely views and furnishings. There is also a great lounge you can relax in. The grounds are also lovely with an Alpaca and a Shetland pony. I doubt you could Find better value for money, a bigger room or a nicer host. I cannot recommend this Guesthouse enough!
