Absolutely a 10 out of 10 hotel! Amazing location – the crystal-clear sea is just 2 minutes from the hotel. There's a large swimming pool for adults and kids, delicious breakfasts and dinner, and very friendly staff. Special thanks to Markos at reception for his help. The rooms are really clean. Hard to believe it’s only a 2-star hotel – everything is perfect for a peaceful and family-friendly vacation.

The apartment is completely new, modern, and equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are exceptionally responsive and always quick to answer any questions or provide assistance. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything. Patrice and Brigitte thought any small detail that would make their quests' experience great. On top of that they were both really great as hosts, especially Patrice showed me the whole facility and I can say once finished it will be one of the best facilities in Nikiti.

We had an amazing stay with all the comfort we need. The owners and the personnel are extremely nice people, taking care of every request immediately and they have a very friendly approach, Thank you!!! The entire place is superb. Swimming pool area, breakfasts, rooms, parking… literally everything works perfect. We were surprise with a variety of snacks and drinks you can order for your room or near the swimming pool. These are very tasteful as well, good job! The place can be a base for different trips in Chalkidiki or you can spend your time staying there as it’s a beautiful place for relax. First of all, the room was very clean and cosy. The location is not too far from the center of Nikiti. Secondly, the host is very nice and friendly and eager to help in case you need something. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, microwave, electric stove in case you come with a one-two year old child.

The apartment is very close to the beach and has a great view. Everything is new, modern, and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The complex is beautiful, and the staff provided excellent service, always helping with anything we needed. The Wi-Fi is very fast.

Apartment was nice, new and clean. Garden with a small pool and feeling of space (no buildings at the front) are a big advantage. Quiet area and close to the beach and shops makes it a very good location. Very helpful and friendly owner. All our wishes were fulfilled (eg. additional towels or kitchen equipment). Free bicycles for our disposal let us visit further beached, farmer market e.t.c. Very convenient for somebody who did not come by car.

Modern interior with everything you may need from amenities travelling with kids or alone. Location is super, 15 min to the sea and 10min to grocery. There was enough cleaning and changing linens/towels during our stay. Terrace and balcony make dinner special;)

The property is magnificently decorated, it has everything you could want on vacation, we are really fascinated that they have thought of everything you might need, very comfortable and spacious, terraces with a view of the sea that are really spacious and beautiful and with a jacuzzi for those who like to have fun, towels that you don't lack, a kitchen that has everything from a dishwasher to a toaster, irons, hair dryers, a washing machine, hot water that there is plenty of water in general because that is a problem in Greece, they thought of that here, you will not regret it if you choose this maisonette because it is really arranged according to the highest world standards, the host is very friendly and accommodating, the neighbors too, the rating is 10.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, with private parking and easy access. The hosts were kind and helpful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

The place is wonderful. Extremely nice, clean and spacious rooms and very comfortable. The hosts are gorgeous, extremely kind. The jacuzzi was also very clean. It was quiet and relaxing and very close to the port and tavernas. We would happily visit again.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. The house has everything you need to feel at home… it is well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We especially enjoyed the barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The hosts were exceptionally kind and responsive. When we experienced a small issue with the pool, they came over right away and resolved it quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

The villa is amazing. It’s brand new, very spacious, comfortable beds, AC in every room, fully equipped ( you only need clothes 😃) pool has a jacuzzi function which was a nice surprise. 3 minutes away from an excellent supermarket and less than 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants. House is very clean and the host is really friendly and comes quickly if needed. We lost electricity one time and he came for less than 20 minutes.
