Beautiful cozy room with superb breakfast dedicated service right in front of the room. Super comfortable shower and very good king double bed and matress. Huge swimming pool just around room corner with comfy sunbeds, practically all for us.

We loved our stay at Aegean Houses. The location was excellent for us with a pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of town, 10 mins along this route were found most of the restaurants that we wanted to eat in, and 5 minutes away is the beech area. The staff are a big credit to this place, they are attentive, friendly and warm whilst also being absolutely professional. The rooms are immaculate and suited our every need for our holiday where we really only ate breakfast in the room and ate out for the rest of the week. There is however, adequate equipment there to do more - just not our choice to do so. The rooms are modern and fresh and clearly recently refurbished. The bathroom is compact but absolutely fine and the shower pressure is excellent. The beds were comfortable, the balcony doors were tight and there was also a mesh screen to keep out the bugs. We slept very well. Overall a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend it.

The area where the hotel is located is perfect, you are far from the city but still close. I think the room we stayed in was one of the most enjoyable rooms considering the weather conditions. A room with a direct sea view, a jacuzzi and a huge balcony that no one could disturb. All the staff were always friendly and helpful, honestly everything was perfect.👏👏👏

The location is perfect. We enjoyed the facilities of the resort. The massage was amazing, the gym with the swimming pool view was awesome, the breakfast is delicious and best part of the vacation was the yoga classes every morning. The yoga teacher was sweet and very professional. We liked her a lot and woke up every morning to practice with her. Dinner was good and the stuff were kind and lovely to us. For the second and the third evening we visited a local Greek restaurant that was 5 minutes walk to the left from the hotel entrance. Great food and live music. We will be back.

Very welcoming for me and my pet, an easy place to find, close to everything in the centre of Kos town, with a very easy check-in, in a beautiful and relaxed neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious and very clean with a big bed, big power shower, big kitchen/living room, fast Wifi, an outside area to sit in, coffee shop next door. Couldn't have asked for more. The windows have mosquito netting so you can leave them open. In the late evening the traffic noise got a little loud for a while as you'd expect in the centre, but it was fine and only for a while. I needed a comfortable, easy place to stay in the centre with my pet, and it was perfect. I'd definitely stay there again.

in a wonderful atmosphere, with kind and professional staff, the best place to recharge your batteries. Not crowded at the pool, there were always free deckchairs. The reception was very helpful. They helped with booking boat trips and car rental. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had an extremely good time.
