For your comfort, you will find bathrobes and slippers. Overall it was a great hotel. They took care of any requests immediately, the facilities were great, service was fast and the rooms were quite and comfortable. We got great restaurant recommendations from the lobby staff and everything was clean. Location is great because you are close to downtown Kos, so you can either walk 30 min to the marina, take a bike or order a taxi for a better price.

From the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the resort. The staff were warm, attentive, and refreshingly unobtrusive. Lush gardens and a pristine pool area created an atmosphere of tranquility, perfect for unwinding. The air conditioning in our room was whisper-quiet and highly efficient, and the bed—complete with exceptionally comfortable pillows—offered blissful sleep every night. Breakfast, ordered from the menu and served to the table, was plentiful, varied, and absolutely delicious. To reach the beach, you cross a quiet road and stroll along a wooden boardwalk that winds through picturesque sand dunes—around 150 meters in total. The beach itself is sandy, though entering the sea requires passing through a 10-meter stretch of large pebbles before you reach soft sand again. At the resort’s private beach, sun loungers and permanently set umbrellas are always available, ensuring comfort and ease. Guest parking bays are shaded for added convenience. The fridge in the villa is replenished daily with bottled water. Housekeeping services are prompt and consistent, with daily cleanings and bed linen replaced every few days. A small note: although not the resort’s fault, the Greek cellular signal in this area is quite weak. Interestingly, Turkish providers seem to dominate and may automatically connect to your phone. To avoid unexpected charges, it’s a good idea to disable automatic network selection and choose a provider manually.

Gaia Garden is a charming, down-to-earth hotel located in Lambi, a quiet area of Kos Town.

It consists of a main house surrounded by several bungalows, all nestling in the beautiful gardens created by the owners. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gaia Garden and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff that set the tone for our entire stay. The cleaners at the hotel were nothing short of amazing. Our housekeeper, Tila, was an absolute gem. She not only kept our room spotless and immaculately clean but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Her daily check-ins to see if we needed anything were a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our experience. I must also commend the exceptional service provided by the front desk agent, Xheni. When we mentioned that our flight was scheduled for later in the day, Xheni graciously arranged for a late check-out and even went the extra mile to set up a shower for us to freshen up before our departure. Her kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the entire team at Gaia Garden for making our stay so special. We cannot wait to return in the future!

It is just 5 km from Tigaki village and the wonderful beach. This hotel has everything you need for perfect and relaxed vacation. We got upgrade to executive room with beautiful view and it really enhanced our stay - next time we would definitely book that room type. Pools are amazing, food is good, staff is very kind and polite, we felt very welcomed. If you have small children, there are two great playgrounds in this resort, our little girl really enjoyed. Hotel also has nice, mostly sandy beach, so you actually don't have to even leave the resort during your stay if you don't want to.

The property is recently completed and very beautifully and tastefully done. Clean and neat, inside and outside. Great location, and the owners are lovely people who provided helpful welcome gifts and even brought us breakfast from the bakery on one day. The pool is great. Furniture is great.
