My husband and I stayed at Lango Design Hotel & Spa in Kos from July 7th to July 9th, booking through Booking.com, and it was truly one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel is perfectly located in the Lambi Beach area, just a short 10-minute drive from the Ferry Port and literally steps away from the sea—separated only by a quiet road. We arranged our transfer through the hotel, and the warm and friendly front desk team greeted us with big smiles. To our delight, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to Room 105—the only room with a private pool and direct sea view. The room was absolutely beautiful, and the private pool was a lifesaver during the hot days we spent on the island. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the sparkling sea—simply magical. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at Koan, the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant for 2025. We had an incredible dinner with live music, exceptional service, and delicious fusion seafood mezes alongside unique and flavorful dishes. The restaurant’s atmosphere, combined with the staff’s warmth, made it an unforgettable evening. Special thanks to Alexandra, the restaurant manager, who was outstanding—always smiling, polite, and full of great recommendations. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with an incredible variety that catered to every taste and dietary need. From cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional Greek specialties to niche products like thyme honey, locust tree honey, and chestnut honey—it was beyond expectations. They even offered almond milk cappuccinos, kefir, fresh fruit, and healthy oatmeal options. The attention to guests’ allergies and dietary preferences was impeccable. We also enjoyed tasting local Kos wines—affordable and delicious—and spent time at the hotel’s beautifully designed spa and public pool area. The entire hotel is adults-only, which added to the serene and sophisticated atmosphere.

Modernly designed, each suite a White Pearls - Adults Only comprises fine linen and carefully selected pieces of art. Some suites feature a private hot tub. Each is fitted with a living room, while some open to a balcony or patio. Certain suites enjoy magnificent Aegean Sea views. From the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the resort. The staff were warm, attentive, and refreshingly unobtrusive. Lush gardens and a pristine pool area created an atmosphere of tranquility, perfect for unwinding. The air conditioning in our room was whisper-quiet and highly efficient, and the bed—complete with exceptionally comfortable pillows—offered blissful sleep every night. Breakfast, ordered from the menu and served to the table, was plentiful, varied, and absolutely delicious. To reach the beach, you cross a quiet road and stroll along a wooden boardwalk that winds through picturesque sand dunes—around 150 meters in total. The beach itself is sandy, though entering the sea requires passing through a 10-meter stretch of large pebbles before you reach soft sand again. At the resort’s private beach, sun loungers and permanently set umbrellas are always available, ensuring comfort and ease. Guest parking bays are shaded for added convenience. The fridge in the villa is replenished daily with bottled water. Housekeeping services are prompt and consistent, with daily cleanings and bed linen replaced every few days. A small note: although not the resort’s fault, the Greek cellular signal in this area is quite weak. Interestingly, Turkish providers seem to dominate and may automatically connect to your phone. To avoid unexpected charges, it’s a good idea to disable automatic network selection and choose a provider manually.

The location of the hotel just before the entrance to the city and next to the beach, the hotel is luxurious and the rooms are spacious and clean. Good and tasty breakfast, excellent service from the entire staff, starting from the hotel manager, the reception staff, waiters and all the service members

Situated within 400 metres of Lambi Beach and 1.6 km of Kos Port, Aegean Houses provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kos Town. With pool views, this accommodation offers a balcony and a swimming pool. The accommodation features a sauna, hot tub, family-friendly restaurant and free WiFi. Absolutely fantastic! They gave us a very generous upgrade as we were on our honeymoon which was an unexpected bonus. Great room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and overall lovely facilities.

Gaia Garden is a charming, down-to-earth hotel located in Lambi, a quiet area of Kos Town.

It consists of a main house surrounded by several bungalows, all nestling in the beautiful gardens created by the owners. The Gaia Garden was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.  Our room was superb - I think that they may have been recently refurbed because they were beautiful. The first floor outside terrace for meals was lovely, and the restaurant staff were so attentive, constantly clearing plates or finding things for you.  The food was great.

Located directly on the waterfront, the 5-star Astir Odysseus Kos Resort and Spa offers fine dining, 5 swimming pools, a spa with indoor pool and various sport facilities. It is just 5 km from Tigaki village and the wonderful beach. That was a perfect stay. Special thanks to the stuff in kids club - my daughter loved it!
