The room is clean, the view from the room is just amazing. The location is strategic, just next to Balaikota, near to Museum Angkut, Jatim Park 1 and 2. But the most special about this hotel is its hospitality. Pak Bayu and family are so sincere and wholeheartedly serving the guests. I couldn't thanks enough for their help. Will return to this hotel whenever I visit Batu again.

I've stayed here multiple times on many different occassions (before, during, and post-covid) and I can say that this hotel has improved so much! I love the new look on their lobby. It's open, lush, and breezy. The interior is fresher than before COVID. The staffs are also very welcoming and polite. The restaurant is also remodeled and it looks more polished now. Before COVID, there weren't much variations and the menu was rather boring. They changed the menu and provide fancier foods with more variants now, which is great. The room where I stayed was clean. No dust, fresh bed cover and blanket. I love the traditional Javanese touch on the wallpaper. It adds more flair to the interior.

    It was clean, the pool was quite big with a whirlpool with warm water. The breakfast was abundant and the rooftop view is beautiful as well. We took a massage at the Spa of the hotel which was also great.

    Strategic location, within walking distance to the Jatim Park 1 and the Museum Angkut. The restaurant on the 7th floor and Sky lounge on the 8th floor have an amazing view. The food was also good at a reasonable price. The room was spacious for a family of four (6yrs & 11yrs old). Beds were comfortable.
