We had a truly fantastic stay. The rooms and the facilities are clean and well maintained, the views and the nature around leave you speechless. The food at the restaurant was very good, we enjoyed every meal we had. The staff is amazing, attentive, always available and tries to do everything to make you feel at home. It definitely was our best stay in India and hope to visit this amazing place again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing views of Munnar hill country. Rooms were spacious with private balcony. Nice to enjoy a more ‘western style’ bathroom after the wet rooms style of our India travels. Air conditioning good and quiet. Requests such as ice or ironing board super promptly to room. They also managed to accommodate my request for adjacent rooms. Adults infinity pool was closed for renovation but family pool was still lovely.

The views, the restaurant, the warm service. They catered to our vegan diet which is always appreciated.

I had booked for 3 days, and already on the day of my arrival I extended my stay – that should give you an idea of how much I liked it. From the warm welcome to the comfortable, beautiful rooms with a great view of the mountains, via the delicious food to the perfect service. Everything was all I could wish for. Starting the day with a delicious breakfast in the restaurant with a wonderful variety of Western and Indian food, greatly managed by Sumit and his team, was one of my highlights. I enjoyed yoga with Suneesh in the morning and his nature walk in the evening. High tea with Ragesh on the roof is an extra treat. To see the surroundings, Arun, as a driver, was kind and knowledgeable. Everybody from the staff was attentive and spoke English, and so often we exchanged warm smiles. I felt welcomed.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. The food was also excellent, and we especially enjoyed the coffee and tea break on the rooftop terrace. The views of the mountains were beautiful.

Great views. Exceptionally helpful staff. It was raining and hence we could do little outside. But the staff Ram Kumar, offered to take us for a tour inside the plantation during a short period of dry weather. Had breakfast and dinner. Food was amazing! Highly recommended for those considering to stay here. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

We had an amazing stay at Chandys Windy Woods, from start to finish. The biggest highlight was the people - everyone working there were friendly and always looking to delight guests. We enjoyed the dinners and breakfasts, the tour of the tea plantation and the spa. One dinner in particular was amazing - the General Manager, Resort Manager and restaurant staff put a lot of effort into setting up a romantic dinner and showing us the food of Kerala.

This property is truly exceptional. Alwin and his team ensured the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are generously spacious, providing a stunning view. A visit to the spa is highly recommended. The restaurant offers a wide array of delicious food Ramesh and his team made sure the food met all expectations. Winston the waiter was very warm ensuring the meal was served hot. The chef is amazing. I enthusiastically recommend this property and eagerly anticipate a return visit. The location. The views were breathtakingly beautiful and the kind we had never seen before. So serene, tranquil and calming.

It's a really nice hotel in the middle of nature. We stayed in a wooden cabin, which was simple but cosy. The view from our balcony was amazing. The pool offered a lovely refreshment in the morning, and the breakfast was an interesting experience every day as they served local dishes. What makes this place special is its hospitality - it's a family business, and they make you feel like. You.

Staff are always around and very friendly. Mr. Kannadasan was in constant touch and made sure everything was taken care as per our need. And Chef Dinto was extraordinary and thorough in his menu, he made sure the food was tailored to our liking rather than a fixed menu which was really great. Overall, an unforgettable experience for the whole family. We look forward to returning here.

Munnar Falcons is a gem conveniently located just 15 km before Munnar, right next to the highway. The surroundings are lush green, creating a serene atmosphere. The clean room and well-equipped kitchen met all our needs. The family running the place was exceptionally accommodating, fulfilling all our requests with warmth and hospitality. A delightful stay amidst nature’s beauty.
