I loved it! If you are looking for a calm and peaceful stay, this is for you. Surrounded by nature with a really nice view. Beds are super comfortable and the stuff was really friendly and helpful. It’s a 30-40min tuktuk ride from Munnar town so a bit outside but for me it was perfect cause it was so quiet. There also building a pool right now so if you come later you also have a really nice pool area :))

One of the best stay near Munnar. Friendly and welcoming staff and with a very good and spacious room with a great view from the window and which is budget friendly stay where everyone can afford. Easy to reach the hotel by bus or any other transportation. Really the room and especially the staff met my expectations very friendly .i recommend everyone to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Viceroy. It is beautiful and the views are amazing. The hotel room was spacious and exceeded our expectations. The food was also very good. Our stay was extra special thanks to Abin who always welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel comfortable instantly. Abin was also very helpful in giving us information about activities to do close by and in the hotel. We also enjoyed the spa thanks to the great spa team. A special thank you to Nimisha for a great massage and for being so lovely. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Waking up to the sound of birds and the fresh mountain air was an experience in itself. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything. They even arranged a tea plantation tour and a trek for me, which made my stay even more special. Food was another highlight was delicious Kerala cuisine, full of flavors, and they even accommodated my requests for something less spicy. The WiFi was fast, which was great for staying connected, but honestly, I enjoyed disconnecting and just soaking in the peaceful surroundings. If you're looking for a place to unwind and experience Munnar beyond the usual tourist spots, Veu Munnar Retreat is the perfect choice. Best budget friendly hotel in munnar.

Superb room with a balcony overlooking the Bazaar and a background of mountains. spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean and toiletries were supplied, but no toilet paper. Excellent location just up from the town bus station, where all buses call in. They arrange various private tours. I did a Tuk tuk tour to the top station, which had 10 fixed stops on it. And the driver was fantastic and delivered exactly what I expected, and nothing was rushed.

This was genuinely an outstanding stay. The location was perfect, within a minute walk of the town centre but set apart on a rise for peace and privacy. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. However, there were two things that really made the stay outstanding. First the staff ; warm, welcoming and determined to make the stay enjoyable from the moment of arrival at reception. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention, as they were unfailingly helpful, attentive and provided a personal touch. Secondly the food, which was truly delicious, with a spice level adapted to individual taste. Overall this is a stylish but unpretentious hotel, and I think one of the very few with a bar in Munnar, and a great place to unwind. I would very much recommend it, and thanks again for the stay!

The ambience and the dealings of staff was excellent

Nothing, they have cancelled my booking and give the room to someoneelse without asking from me and when asked about why did you done such type of things they said that you are late by 2 hour from the scheduled check in time that was around 1P.M told by me over call to make the room ready by 1 PM, but inspite of making it ready they have booked it to someone else without asking from me either through phone and call.
