This hotel is just wow! 🌟 I stayed in the Jacuzzi room and the view was absolutely breathtaking—full panoramic magic 😍💖. The room was super clean, spacious, and had everything I needed 👍🏻. Service was quick, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming—special thanks to Anna 🌟 for making my stay even more special 😊🤍. wow what a property. Let me tell you all in advance(in case you are reading my comment) once you stay here you will not like to stay any resort which is lesser in quality than this one. This is an excellent place in Munnar to enjoy the nature, relax at the resort. We almost just stayed and relaxed here as there is so much to do right from yoga classes to swimming to nature walks to cooking demo, live music and evening yea. you have lots to do here. The view from the resort rooms and infinity pool is to die for with a gushing waterfall right beside the property. You also get to see tea gardens. This is a must stay place for everyone. To add to it the hospitality is excellent and all the staff are really good. The food here is very good with so many food items for buffet breakfast.

I recently stayed at the las palmas hotel in Munnar near devikulam. The hotel is surely one of the greatest hotel in and around Munnar as it is quite outside the city of around 5 km it is easy to manual around and have a less traffic the rooms are very much spacious and customer service from the staffs are very polite and a very gentle and friendly manner to top on that the food they serve in the restaurant in the first floor is very good it is homely and it is very tasty and affordable

The location of this hotel is spectacular! The lush greenery and wonderful scenery makes it worth the steep climb to the hotel. We had breakfast and buffet dinner at the restaurant for the entirety of our stay and the food was delicious. The restaurant team is especially hard working and are attentive to the minutest needs of their guests. Really hospitable, sweet and friendly! Very beautiful hotel, well maintained property and welcoming people. We especially liked their hosting of evening tea and refreshments for their guests, which was on the house.

Very Disappointing Stay at RaaRees Munnar Inn (6–8 Feb) I recently stayed at RaaRees Munnar Inn from 6th to 8th February with a group of 11 people, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. First and foremost, the hotel’s actual name and address are not properly updated on Booking.com. This caused a lot of confusion because there is another hotel named “Munnar Inn” in the main market area. We were misdirected and ended up wasting nearly 2 to 2.5 hours trying to locate the correct property. After a long journey, this was extremely inconvenient and stressful. Secondly, the hotel images shown on the booking site are highly deceptive. The rooms in reality were not clean and had a noticeable foul smell. The overall condition did not match what was advertised, which was very disappointing. We had booked accommodation for 11 guests, but were provided only 4 rooms, each suitable for just 2 people. While extra beds were given, blankets were not provided initially. We had to repeatedly follow up with the staff and only managed to get blankets on the second night, which was unacceptable. The hospitality and service were poor. During breakfast, basic items like tea and bread were kept in very limited quantities. Every time we requested additional tea or bread, it was a struggle and required multiple reminders. There is also no proper open space to sit or relax on the property. Even basic amenities like toiletries and dental kits were not readily available and had to be requested multiple times. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The misleading information, poor cleanliness, inadequate room arrangements, and lack of proper hospitality made the experience extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this property to others, and the management seriously needs to improve transparency, cleanliness, and customer service. Not Good At All

Munnar is just beautiful.

Munnar is just beautiful. The rolling hills with tea plantations were some of the most unique and breathtaking landscapes we have seen in our travels. We visited a tea plantation, did a jeep tour including a wild elephant sighting. You definitely need a car & driver to get around though.

Parking arrangements for a large number of tourist vehicles at places like Top Station,Mattupatty Dam needs urgent attention. During peak season matter may go out of control due to heavy congestion on narrow apporoach roads

Munnar has everything for everybody.

Munnar has everything for everybody. Trekking experiences, wildlife experiences, national park experiences and viewpoints. Favorite Spots, the Eravikulam National Park, Echo Point Kayaking, Elephant Spotting point, Trekking at the Chokramudi peak, Kolukkumalai sunrise view point, Couple Ziplining at Adventron. Sarvana bhavan in the central Munnar was our goto place and SAP aka SREE ANNAPOORANI PURE VEG. They had enough veg delicacies of both local and outside.

Munnar is a nature lovers delight. Everywhere your eyes go there is immense beauty. Also the place is well kept and neat. We felt 2 days was a bit tight for us but we thoroughly enjoyed the place, the good food and the amazing nature!

Lovely hotel with a great setting and views over the hills, tea plantations surrounding Munnar. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a sitting area. Nice terrace from where to admire the view and sit out if you wish. Big modern bathroom. Restaurant where breakfast and dinner were served offered a good selection of dishes and food was excellent. Located about 20 mins from central Munnar in quiet surroundings, it feels a bit away from it all with a relaxing atmosphere. Just what we wanted!

all their photos are photoshopped. had to pay 12k for 1 night stay. don’t trust booking.com they have given them 4 star and genius tag. they are making money because of a similar hotel name which is a Kerala tourism property. The hotel is rooms are worth 2-3k, it’s like a treebo budget hotel. Overall horrible experience will not blindly trust booking.con hence forth.
