We had an amazing stay at Villa Mariotti. The place is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast delicious and the pool is perfect, really hard to leave :) thank you Lorenzo for a wonderful stay, highly recommend it!

This is an absolutely superb penthouse apartment with wide entertaining terrace and a small pool. Beautifully appointed. An absolutely delightful breakfast prepared by Fernanda and delivered to the front door. Fernanda's attention to detail in every respect is unsurpassed. THIS IS NOT YOUR RUN OF THE MILL B&B'S, IT WOULD UNDOUBTABLY BE THE BEST IN EUROPE IN THAT CATEGORY. In reality is a superb penthouse apartment with a host that delivers one of the most beautifully breakfasts that you could imagine. Close by there is an excellent deli with a range of excellent prepared meals that we took back and dined on the terrace. So relaxing, great 5 day break after 5 weeks of driving( some good day trips from Fano)

Welcome coffee/water/juice +biscuits and grissini (also available during your stay). Free parking inside the garage or on the street. Complimentary bikes to go to the city center or to the port or sea side. Immaculate towels. Amazing set of body cream/shower and intimate gel. Water in the room, mugs and glasses: no plastic.

Dai Ventu is an exceptional property, if I could give it an 11/10 I would have!! The location is perfect, the house is an architectural marvel (beautifully restored and upgraded as bio-architecture), and Mena, the hostess, is helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. Breakfast was incredible - Mena handmakes everything (bread, jams, cakes, eggs etc) and her cooking is outstanding. And a special mention to Gus, the property pup, who is a real character. We will be returning!!

From the first moment we entered until we left, Diana (Guest Relations) and her team treated us like royalty. Everyone was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The room was stunning (along with the view). The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastic (feather or memory foam!). The beach set up was luxurious and not crowded like the other hotels. The dining was top notch including the wine. We ate on the beach twice and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and the coffee was good. The spa and wellness were clean and comfortable. We also had a couples massage which was very relaxing. Excelsior is a wonderful experience and we would recommend it highly.
