Everything about this place was pristine. From breakfast to the service, vallet parking, gym, sauna/cold shower/ Turkish bath. The place is within walking distance to everything while being quiet at night. Sirene garden with pool and amazing beds and rooms. I will no doubt be staying here again on my next visit.

Perfect Location and staff very friendly

The staff bent over backwards to maintain excellent customer service! Our unit was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. There were some good common areas for laundry, visiting with other guests inside and on a terrace, and 3 jacuzzi tubs to use.

The hotel is in a great location. Only a short walk to all the main attractions in Florence such as the Galleria, the Duomo, the markets, the main train station and Uffizi. The staff were lovely. Alessandro made us feel very comfortable and was there to help with any inquires we had during our stay. The breakfast was delicious. Room was newly renovated and lovely interior. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
