We really enjoyed the stay in Asterias Residence. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The residence was very nice with beautiful garden and the host was super helpful. Definitely can recommend!

Our balcony room looked straight out to sea and it was just a magical and romantic view. You could hear the gentle sound of the water as it met the shore. We loved watching the birds darting all around. The “room” was an apartment and extremely comfortable. Great bed. The hotel has a cellar and we had a lovely chilled sparkling wine on the balcony. Breakfast was also a delight. Highly recommend this hotel. So wish we could have stayed for longer but we will remember the view forever.

Very nice host. Parking right outside. Spa bath in the room. Flexible check out. Dog friendly. We booked very last minute and was just a one night stop over, so didn’t get a chance to explore the area.

Popilia Country Resort is a 4-star property set 7 km from the seafront and a 10-minute drive from Pizzo Calabro.

This place exceeded all my expectations! The room was spotlessly clean with a fresh, modern renovation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linen was crisp and clean. The host was absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She truly made me feel at home. There was a coffee machine in the room and a generous selection of snacks — all free of charge! The mini fridge was fully stocked with water, juices, butter, milk and even some alcohol, again, all complimentary! I was honestly amazed by the level of care and attention to detail. The price is unbelievably low for the kind of service and comfort provided. Everything I needed was there, from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Even in the toilets there were hygiene products for women.You can really feel that the host puts her heart into this place. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, affordable, and perfectly maintained place to stay.

Amazing stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and beautifully maintained. It’s located just a short walk from the train station and the beach, which made everything super convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning sea view - absolutely breathtaking! There’s also a pool available, which was a nice bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host Domenico and his wife Nadia were exceptional - incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended - we would definitely love to come back!
