Host was lovely and thoughtfully accommodated vegan options for the breakfast using high quality products. Bed was comfy, room very clean and location ideal. We would happily stay again!

I spent several wonderful days here and can honestly say that this was one of the most beautiful accommodations of my Sardinian trip. From the moment I arrived, Chiara welcomed me with warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. She made me feel at home immediately and was always available whenever I needed anything. Her friendliness made my stay even more special. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The beautifully landscaped gardens, palm trees, flowering bougainvillea arches, elegant pathways and peaceful atmosphere create the feeling of a private Mediterranean paradise. Everything is maintained with great care and attention to detail. My room was modern, spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the stylish lighting above the headboard created a relaxing atmosphere every evening. The bathroom was modern and perfectly equipped. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the private terrace with its own jacuzzi. Having a secluded outdoor space with comfortable seating, sun umbrella and lounge area felt like having my own little villa. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day at the beach, especially in the evening with the beautiful lighting, was simply unforgettable. I also appreciated the many thoughtful extras provided for guests, including beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The beach is only a short walk away, making the location ideal. The breakfast area is lovely, surrounded by greenery and shade, and the entire property radiates tranquility and elegance. There is also convenient private parking and a beautiful pool area that perfectly complements the relaxing atmosphere. What makes this place truly special is the combination of comfort, privacy, beauty and heartfelt hospitality. It is rare to find a place that excels in every aspect. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Sardinia. Highly recommended!

The host is the greatest! She waited for us to explain every detail and she left a basket with typical cookies and pastries with a bottle of wine, so sweet. The house was more than perfect, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The garden is clean and enjoyable. We ended up having all our meals at home. No need to go outside when you have delicious products in Tuscany and such a garden. You need a car to go around there, the best beaches and nature are very close by, within minutes by car. I am looking fwd to going back again :)

Great location close the most beautiful turquoise water beaches. The property has a nice garden with sun chairs, the host is super friendly and we stayed in a nice apartment.

This property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures: well designed, functional, tasteful with plenty of space. We particularly appreciated the good taste of the decor, the efficiency of all the equipments made available, the outdoor spaces. The kitchen is generously equipped, something that is still sorely rare to find in self-catering accommodation. The CRAI supermarket is just around the corner offering an excellent fish counter. The host leaves a stock of essentials such as detergents, food basics, even welcome drinks. Someone who clearly understands how extra-hotel hospitality should be managed nowadays: offering these "essentials" is a minimal cost to the host, and a great help to the guests. Well done for the "First Aid" kit: a sign of care as much as professionalism. You will be lucky if the delightful next door neighbours are around, a bonus to the stay. All in all an excellent accommodation in times of climate change, when you will need the house to be really comfortable and well managed. We will be back if visiting this area again.

The garden, ambience and helpful staff

This was such a wonderful first part of our wonderful Sardinia trip. The hosts were super friendly, spoke several languages, I loved the daily chat at breakfast and sometimes even with some other guests. The breakfast was really good. The room was big and bed super comfortable, the extra space outside including the jacuzzi was something extra! The garden, the pool, the tranquility, the friendliness, all perfect. Recommendations given for beaches and 1 day even a reservation was really nice. If I would ever run a boutique hotel, I would like to run it like this.

Brand new design hotel, really nice property. The staff was really nice, especially Laura and Alessandra were so helpful. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room which was fun. Laura really helped us out when we had a mishap with the Jacuzzi cover. Thanks again! The free bikes were also great, especially during the San Efisio celebration when the town was otherwise inaccessible.

It’s simply a gem - a beautiful place run by wonderful people right at the beach. The garden is very special! We enjoyed our offseason break, having the whole beach to ourselves :) The Nora archeological site is just a 15-20 min walk by the beach away, along with a couple of good restaurants. There’s a big supermarket nearby (5 min drive), so we used the kitchen every day to make breakfasts / dinners. Michela and Pino were very attentive, responsive and friendly.

The place blends sofistication and coziness. Their breakfast is also excellent, with many options available on the buffet. Cherry on the cake : As we went in May, the flowers from their gardens were all blossoming and their scent was all over the place. Never seen that before in a "3-star" hotel. If I ever return to South Sardinia, I know I am staying there for at least two days to relax.
