Everything was perfect, we honestly loved this place and it exceeded all our expectations. The hosts, Alberto and Evelina, are super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location is obvioulsy very good, just a step from the beach and with great surroundings. Keep in mind there are not many eating options within a short walk, but it's a 20 minutes nice walk to town. The best was to be welcomed by Chiara, super friendly and helpful, and patient! As I arrived late and alone, without a car, she didn't leave until making sure I was able to at least get a pizza to eat. The staff also provided an early breakfast due to most guests attending a work event, and that was very nice too. Thank you Chiara!

The host is the greatest! She waited for us to explain every detail and she left a basket with typical cookies and pastries with a bottle of wine, so sweet. The house was more than perfect, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The garden is clean and enjoyable. We ended up having all our meals at home. No need to go outside when you have delicious products in Tuscany and such a garden. You need a car to go around there, the best beaches and nature are very close by, within minutes by car. I am looking fwd to going back again :)

We stayed at the house for 6 days and we loved it. We liked the location, as a good starting point for sightseeing. The house is super clean and it has a very nice kitchen, green garden, wifi, and heating. The owners Florienza and Carlo are both very friendly. The parking is in front of the house.

The house (ground floor) is very new and super clean, modern and with the use of decent materials. Warm welcome and very helpful staff during the stay. We had a complaint, but they handled it very quick and satisfactory. Pula city is on walking distance, but for the best beaches you would need a car. Parking space around the property is no problem at all. There is a large supermarket just around the corner. Good to have some outdoor space. Beds were comfortable and showers as well. Big plus to have a pool!

The Reception staff are very very nice, kind and helpful! They helped me arrange trips around, and searched alternative options in a timely manner when they understood our flight was cancelled. We felt we were belonged. I have to say, their smiles, greetings and kind help are as beautiful as the sunshine in Sardinia!

The property was immaculate, the location perfectly romantic within walking distance of a crystal clear beach. The owners did everything to make us feel at home and enjoy our holiday.

The garden at the Villa is the reason to come here. It is absolutely beautiful and as soon as you arrive you feel relaxed. We came with our 15-month old baby and enjoyed every meal outside on the terrace. When he was sleeping we could relax on the large covered outdoor bed, lounge chairs or in the jacuzzi. There is a private and direct entrance onto the beach. Being a little tied to a 15-month old’s sleep schedule, it was wonderful having this private space for us to relax in. The kitchen is also well stocked with pans, plates, cutlery etc. So often in places with kitchens the kitchen is practically empty - but not here, we had everything we needed. Michela makes every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible and quickly responds to any questions via WhatsApp.
