- incredible gem close to Perugia! You get the whole apartment that includes kitchen with living room, master bedroom with bathroom (bath + toilet) and kids room + another WC with toilet + walk in closet - Fabrizio is exceptional host! So kind and attentive! - there are all details for your comfort >> to basic essentials like toilet paper and shower gel, you get all you need really. Feels like proper home (with coffee, milk, pasta, pancakes, yogurt and juices). You can even spend the night watching Netflix on a very comfy couch! - free parking next to the building - quiet area...we slept with our windows open during the night as i try minimizing AC usage. But there is a working AC in the apartment.

Our stay at Villa Egle was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The villa has everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and its peaceful setting makes it the perfect place to unwind. What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality of Nicola, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His lovely dog, Otto, was an added bonus and quickly became one of the highlights of our stay! We genuinely felt at home and were sad to say goodbye to them both. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start each day, and the location was ideal for exploring Perugia and the surrounding area while still enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside. Thank you, Nicola and Otto, for making our stay so memorable. We already miss you and hope to return one day!
