This glamping site exceeded all our expectations! It was our first time in Japan and we knew we wanted to get away from the loudness and craziness of the cities, and this was the perfect place to relax. The campsite was quiet, the staff were so attentive and kind, the meals provided were all delicious! Even with our limited Japanese, every employee and staff member made us feel very welcome. We couldn't have asked for more. We got extra lucky and were able to see Mt. Fuji our entire stay. We used our hot tub every night, which helped with sore muscles after 13 days of walking through Japan. I highly recommend adding the meals to your stay, they were absolutely delicious and so much food was provided! We also purchased firewood every night, which staff brings to your room and starts the fire for you. It was a wonderful stay and i couldn't recommend this site more.

Great stay! Loved the design of our room and having 2 separate beds allowed us to rest and recharge. Sadly we had only 1 onsen on the balcony, so we took turns with my husband. There was a cd player with several Jazz collections. Restaurant food was delicious and the staff made sure to explain the menu and answer all the questions we had. Most of the time they’d use the portable translators. Hot springs/ spa area was rotated every morning, so we got to experience both bath areas. My favorite treat was the vinegar drink after the baths.

Our stay was nothing short of world class from the moment we arrived. The entrance alone felt luxurious and welcoming, setting the standard for the entire experience. Fuji was simply unforgettable—truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. It felt magical. The food quality was exceptional, with every dish crafted to perfection. It’s no wonder they received a Michelin award—the level of taste, presentation, and consistency was outstanding. The staff were warm, professional, and always attentive. Every detail of the hotel, from service to design, reflected excellence and sophistication. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would absolutely stay here again.
